PixelJunk Monsters Trophy Patch to hit 30th October
Finally, one of the best games on the PSN is going to get trophies. We've known for a while that it would but now we have a date, if all goes to plan.
The patch will hit PixelJunk Monsters and PixelJunk Monsters: Encore and will introduce trophies, youtube uploading and custom soundtracks.
Let's hope you can play those soundtracks whenever you want, eh?
And information on the trophies - they will not be retroactive, but that doesn't mean anything. The trophies will not be based on things you could have completed previously, such as completing a level. The patch will introduce 'trophy challenges' - a set of challenges like specific maps with certain rules or objectives that if you complete will net you the trophy.

Here is the full list of trophies for PixelJunk Monsters and Encore! There are 19 trophies in all, 14 from PJM and an extra 5 in PJM:E.
19 Trophies
1 Gold
3 Silver
15 Bronze
 Rainbow Team
Perfect clear the specified stage
 4 Tree Rainbow
Perfect clear the specified stage
Get Medieval
Clear the specified stage using only arrows and cannons
 Tower Collector
Clear the specified stage by building every type of tower
No Crossing
Clear the specified stage without crossing the bridge
Green Flag
Clear the specified stage without a tower ever upgrading
Picky Eater
Clear the specified stage without using the fire tower
Gem Hoarder
Clear the specified stage with 25 or more gems
Scrooge
Clear the specified stage with a balance of 10,000 worth of coins or more
Bomb The Boss
Clear the specified stage using only bombs to destroy the boss

Without selling any towers, clear the specified stage with all towers upgraded to black
Encore : Scrooge's Return
Clear the specified stage with a balance of 12,000 worth of coins or more

Clear the specified stage without using gems

PJM:E is an expansion that when bought, replaces the PJM option in your game list. You can't use :E unless you've bought the proper game, but's it an expansion that adds an extra island and different towers for that second island.
