Completing the game on Hard in co-op does NOT unlock the trophy?

Can anyone confirm this please? I've heard that when you complete the game on Hard in co-op you will not get the trophy for finishing the game on hard? Is that true? Please confirm cause I'm currently co-op'ing this game on Hard...
