PLATINUM

So a pretty easy Platinum to achieve this, a little like the Legends Of Wrestlemania game. With a couple of tougher challenges to get some trophies. I'll give you some tips to get this though.

Story Designer

This is probably the biggest reason why anyone will buy this game so it's a garunteed :bronze trophy.

Go into the "Create" menu. Select "Create your own Storyline" and have fun. Very cool feature that is a long overdue addition!! If you don't really want to create your own Story Line, just set up a match or a scene. Then press select finish story line, and save it. As soon as you quit away from it your trophy shall appear. Your then free to discard the storry to free up space.

2010 Hall of Fame Nominee

Career Only trophy. As you progress through your career with what ever superstar you will win titles. Once you've won the WWE Heavyweight and WWE World titles start defending them. After 3 title defences you should be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

A Showman Like No Other

Career Only trophy. The easiest way is to knock off DQ's and wail on your opponents with weapons, put 'em through the announce tables that's a fond one, and nail a couple of finishers. You should receive a 5 star rating for these and in the career you have plenty of opportunities to get them.

Mickie James Story

Straight forward enough, go into "Road To Wrestlemania" from the Mani menu, select Mickie James's story and complete it, very easy trophy. Check out the "Nothing More To Collect" trophy below to make sure you unlock all the different bonus items.

Edge Story

Straight forward enough, go into "Road To Wrestlemania" from the Mani menu, select Edge's story and complete it, very easy trophy. Check out the "Nothing More To Collect" trophy below to make sure you unlock all the different bonus items.

HBK Story

Straight forward enough, go into "Road To Wrestlemania" from the Mani menu, select Shawn Michael's story and complete it, very easy trophy. Check out the "Nothing More To Collect" trophy below to make sure you unlock all the different bonus items.

Orton Story

Straight forward enough, go into "Road To Wrestlemania" from the Mani menu, select Randy Orton's story and complete it, very easy trophy. Check out the "Nothing More To Collect" trophy below to make sure you unlock all the different bonus items.

Brand Warfare Story

Straight forward enough, go into "Road To Wrestlemania" from the Mani menu, select Bar Warfare's story and complete it, very easy trophy. You can even do it with a friend on co-op! Check out the "Nothing More To Collect" trophy below to make sure you unlock all the different bonus items.

Created Superstar Story

Same as the above trophies, but you use your own Created Superstar to complete the "Road to Wrestlemania" story. Check out the "Nothing More To Collect" trophy below to make sure you unlock all the different bonus items.

Nothing More to Collect

You unlock bonus items by playing through the "Road To Wrestlemania" scenarios. Before certain matches you will be given objectives you have to carry out to be able to qualify for the bonus items. Below you will find a list of all the objectives in each of the "Road To Wrestlemania" scenarios as well as what you unlock with them.

NOTE: If you use a cheat code to input and get any bonus items it will not allow you to get the trophy. So make sure you play through the "Road To Wrestlemania" scenarios.

Face on the Big Screen

When you play matches (win or lose), at the end there is an option that says "Highlights". Go into these and select your favourite highlights from the match, these could be finishing moves/high flying moments ETC. You save those.

From here you need to go into the "Create" menu on the Main Menu, and pick "Create an Entrance Video". Design your own Entrance video using the highlights you've saved from matches, and the effects and tools provided. Pretty cool!!

Developmental Graduate

When your messing about in the Training Facility, you will get prompts in certain situations to carry on a training task (this will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen). To check on your progress press and go to "Training Facility", from here select "Training Checklist". The red ticks mean its a task that's been completed.

So a couple of tips for you when doing these..

It is possible to do every one of these tasks with one superstar. It just means that you need to go into the Create a Move set and select the superstar you have on your "Training Facility". Then edit they're moves accordingly.
You can change the superstar to a different one at any time by going to the "Training Facility" option and going down to "Superstar". This means you can pick any other superstar on the roster (including unlocked ones), so you can choose a suitable superstar for a particular task rather than change they're move set.
If you want to concentrate on signature moves or finishers or a specific set of tasks (ie reversals/running attacks etc) Go into "Training Facility", then "Training Options" from here you can select whether you want the tasks to appear, but more importantly the AI setting for your opponent in the Training Facility and the Momentum Setting (ie normal, signature or finisher). Alternative to using the AI for some of them you can control the opponent in the ring with a 2nd control.
When looking for a superstar for a specific task, you can view they're finishing move and what position the superstar and they're opponent has to be in. So for example, Task - Finisher TB Seated - So for this finishing move the opponent needs to be at the turn-buckle seated on the ground.

Go into the "Superstar Select" option and first thing, press twice. You should now be able to see the superstars finisher and the position that is need to perform it. You can also press / to see they're 2nd finisher. Then scroll through the superstars till we find which superstar has a Finsher at the TB seated...Umaga, 2nd Finisher...that'll do nicely. From here you need to select Umaga and whoever you would like to do it to, then carry it out in the Training Facility. You may need to experiment a little to find how to get the opponent in the right position, but you can always check the move-set for that.
My last tip is to look at the Ability Help option in the "Training Facility" you can learn which icon means what ability because you need to know a couple of them for the check-list.

Career Growth

Pretty easy and straight forward trophy. By using your CAS, you'll develop his/her skills. You will acquire most of these need points during the CAS RTW, however I also suggest using the Career mode to develop a lot of them also. You shouldn't need much time to do it, but a quicker tactic is to mix up the moves and things you do in the match. If you have a hardcore match, use the weapons and bust your opponent open, throw submissions in there as well as your grapples and attacks.

Just try to mix it up and make the match interesting, you'll pick up extra skill points this way and accelerate towards those 90 points you need!!

Check Out the New Threads

To create "New Threads" for a WWE Superstar, you need to go into the "Create" menu and select "Superstar Threads". Pick any of your favourite superstars to change the colours of their attire (NOTE: You can't actually change what they wear, just the colours)

To create an Alternate attire for your own Created Superstar, you need to edit one of the attires, EG Entrance attire or Championship attire. Then when you go to save it, the game will ask you if you wish to save the attire as an alternate attire, choose yes and the trophy is yours.

Finisher of the Year Candidate

So, the new feature in this years game. Go into the "Create" menu, select create a finisher, you'll then see the "Create a Diving Finisher" with New wrote next to it. Pick that and make yourself a diving finisher.

Then go into "Move-sets" and assign a superstar (you can assign your finishers to either created or existing superstars) with your finisher. Then go into a match and perform your diving finisher with the superstar.

Remember to perform a finisher you need to build your momentum meter (found at your feet) to full. Then get your opponent in the correct position, in this case your opponent on the floor and you up the turn-buckle, and hit the button.

Ask Him Ref!

The best Superstars to use for this are the ones with submission moves for their finishers (few and far between now). Best examples are Chris Jericho and John Cena. Try beating the opponent's down quite a lot before attempting the finisher. Also just simply try to avoid pinning them. If you realise after you've pinned them hit to cancel the pin and keep trying for the submission.

Ahead of the Pack

If your wondering "What's a tentative champion?", it's the Champion that starts the match. So having looking at it that way, the easiest way to get this is by following the method for "And STILL Champion..."

Royal Rumble Specialist

They said that they'd fixed the Royal Rumble matches...they lied. It is still possible to get through the rumble without being chucked out, and very easily. Obviously you have to start from being the first to get the trophy so start there. The trick is to work quickly on getting rid of them. As soon as the match starts Irish whip them to the ropes and start trying to beat them out. If your really struggling with it on Normal drop the difficulty to Easy and you'll absolutely get it!!

Every time a new opponent comes in Irish whip them out again.

And STILL Champion…

It's not as hard as it sounds this one. The best superstars to use are either Edge or Randy Orton (as they're both already champions) then either go through the roster and pick the lowest rated superstars and playing it that way. Alternatively go into Create-A-Superstar, make 4 basic wrestlers, as they will have really really low stats this should be much easier.

Either way, when you set up the scramble match, pick it for 20 minutes, then set you and the lowest rated opponent to go in first and second. Then you have 5 minutes from the start to get a single pin. Get the one pin then just keep breaking up the pin attempts by others. You can also beat on the ref. You won't get DQ'd and he can't count the pin-falls.

Shoulders to the Mat

Very simple trophy to get. The most common way you'll probably win a match is by pin-fall. So you'll pick it up just playing through the game.

A Grappling Machine

Your strong grapples are the grapples from when you hold and direct the stick.

You can direct the stick up, right, down and left. Then from each of these individual holds you can direct it a further up, right, down and left. Giving you a total of 16 grapple moves.

The easiest way to do this, is to start at by doing + directed up. Then go round up, right, down and left. The go to + directed right. Follow the same procedure, directed the stick up, right, down and left. Continue this for the final two directions and you should get this trophy first time with no problems.
