Google will make you smart!... Apparently some people have won over 90 speech challenegs, so there must be plenty out there. There are some partial list on various sites so just google away!...

Alternatively just search this site!...

In Little Lamplight there's a girl called Knock Knock. If you ask her to tell you a joke you can speech challenge her. Then go back down the same speech tree and you can constantly speech challenge her if you have the patience.

i found it on youtube ..

ye i was gunna say you can use the glitch. Heard there are a few SPEECH glitches. :D

google "fallout 3 speech challenge locations". Also, level up speech, science and lockpicking early on. That helps a crapload

Shovelly Joe has the right idea. I did this to make up my last 20 speech challenges befor i finished the game.
