you dont need to play all challenges offline and online...just play them all online, and it counts for offline too..note: i had already earned the offline challenge trophies though (my save game got corrupted due to game crashing during save) but it should work as it still unlocked the triple slam event in single player mode and i hadnt completed a single challenge offline...so let me know if it works for the trophies offline too, good luck...
