2008- year of the PS3?

I remember about this time last year, not many decent titles out for the PS3.
A couple of magazines suggested that the release schedule for 2008 meant that there would be a wealth of games to choose from. In this time there have been a few good exclusive titles (MGS4, LBP, Resistance2), plenty of decent multi-platform games (GTA4, Fallout 3, COD5, etc) and some big firmware updates (trophies of course, in game XMB, Home to come). So what do you think, has this been a good year?

It has been a good year, what with LBP and mgs4 teasing the xboxers. But I reckon next year will get better, and so on with the year after that.

I agree with Speedster. If there is to be a year for the PS3, it'll be 2009.

2008 was a great year. Loads of awesome titles & great feature updates.
I agree with all of you... it's just gonna get better from here on out.

2008 has been great and the introduction of trophies was just amazing. The trophies may have started slow but look at them now.

2008 has been a good year. but next year is lineing up to be even better with titles like
infamous
god of war 3
ratchet and clank 09
maybe uncharted 2
bioshock 2 ect
