trophies gone after harddrive swap

swapped harddrive today,did everything by the book, even made 2 backups just in case! trophy collection under game is now empty showing no trophies whatsoever. synced with server dozens of times to no avail. compared trophies with friends , all trophies still there ?? also still listing trophies under my name in the friends column. has anyone else had this? oh and how the f... can i fix it?

I've changed my hard drive. To resolve the problem you will need to load up each game that you got the trophies from and then re-sync with the server to get them back. You won't lose any trophies.

Were the trophies synced with BEFORE you swapped the drives?

worked a treat, cheers mate. some thing weird though stared cod5 and 007 quantum of solace again and started earning trophies i had already earned, saving private ryan on cod5 and diamonds are forever on 007.mmm
