Missing Silver Trophy on my Porfile

Hi community. ill cut right to the chase. on the PSN i am a LEVEL 7 Gamer with 311 trophies (238 bronze, 55 Silver, 16 Gold and 2 Platinum). Some reason after updating my trophies here (i counted one by one to make sure they were all accounted for) on my profile it says i only have 310 trophies (238 bronze, 54 silver, 16 gold, 2 platinum).

i TRIPLE checked all my silver trophies on my ps3 and on the site to make sure everyone was accounted for on my trophy list on the site. all 55 silver trophies were accounted for but some reason one of them isnt counting towards my total trophies on my profile/leader boards. (i hope all this makes sense).

if theres an admin that could address this issue i'd appreciate it. if necessary my PSN ID is MagNuM-OPs for validation.

well this is what i did to confirm again theres a glitch in the system. i click on my name on the firums and a pop up ocmes up with my profile gamertag. it says i have 310 trophies. so i click on hte R1 button on the window and afer it loads it says i have BRONZE 238 SILVER 55 GOLD 16 PLATINUM 2

thats 238+55=293+16=309+2=311. theres a easier way to see it now.

i know its only one trophy but i like to have an accurate count on trophies so that reflects my actually trophy count. i use this in my signature on forums.

if someone can help id gladly appreciate it.

I can't really "help" you but I can tell that I have a similar problem.

My Playfire (http://www.playfire.com/Playzocker) account says that I have 257 trophies - 203 Bronze, 42 Silver, 12 Gold and 0 Platinum.

Here, I have 256 trophies - 204 Bronze, 40 Silver, 12 Gold and 0 Platinum

So, what we both have in common is that we are one silver short. And I also triple checked and compared my trophy cabinet here with the one on Playfire without finding any difference.

And apart from that, Playfire gives me a silver for something you only gave me a bronze (even with 1 silver plus, both profiles wouldn't be identical) ... but I don't know which of the sites is wrong.

I tried to check my PSN today but I couldn't because my PS3 kept getting thown out of the internet (wireless lan isn't really happy with 2 stories and 1,5m thick walls and I was too lazy to carry it upstairs to check.

on playfire i only have 308 trophies cause they dont update as often as here..being why i migrated and use both.

Hang on, I'll have a look at this.

So apparently playfire has a trophy listed as silver which we have as bronze? Could you try and find which trophy this is, so we can check to see if we're correct? I don't like the site to be innaccurate.

As for your trophy counts, I shall fix these.

EDIT: Magnum, I checked your gamercard and your user stats - it says you have 311.

239 bronze, 54 silver, 16 gold, 2 platinum. That adds to 311 total as well. So far so good.

Well, you have an extra bronze than you thought - perhaps the problem is that there's a trophy listed as bronze on the site when it should be silver? I'll try to get to the bottom of this, any more info you could give would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for looking into it for me but the reason it now says that i have 311 is because i jsut added a pain bronze trophy to my list (GLASS LASS) so that actually brings my total to 312 trophies (per my profile on the playstation 3). so theres still an issue with one of my silver trophies not being counted. ill stop adding trophies on the site until the issue is resolved. sorry for the confusion.

both here and playfire have some cool ideas but i love the setup here. its not as fluent as playfire but its more legit here. yall have great moderation for people cheating and adding trophies they dont have. so thats why ill be leaning more toward this site than the other...soon after going exclusive to just one.

on my gamercard from this site it reads LEVEL 7, 311 TROPHIES, 239 BRONZE 54 SILVER 16 GOLD 2 PLATINUM(311 total). when i click on my name from the leaderboards and the pop up comes up it says i have 311 trophies. i then click on the R1 button in the middle right corner to get additional information. after it finishes loading it says i have 239 BRONZE 55 SILVER 16 GOLD 2 PLATINUM(312 total). so i have all my trophies correct on here or it wouldnt say that i have 55 silver trophies. but theres some kind of glitch thats not registering one of those silvers in my overall total of trophies on the leaderboards and on my gamercard.

im going to take some screen shots and show you what im talking about. my cell phone is borken at the moment so i cant get the screens from my ps3 profile but like i provided earlier you can check my PSN profile on the ps3 under MagNuM-OPs.

that adds up correct but im still short a silver trophy thats suppose to bring me up to 312 trophies (239 bronze 55 silver 16 gold 2 platinum).

Sorry for the enlarged photos but i wanted to make sure it was legit ya kno. as you can see in the third image that i indeed have 55 silver trophies registered on the site but on my generated gamertag it only registers 54. this is as clear as i can explain my situation. hope this helps clear things up.

PS once you address the issue you can delete the photos...i kno they are pretty big lol. thank goodness for the print screen button tho. saves lives and playstation 3 trophies.

I can try to find out which one differs but since my trophies were identical before you switched servers the last time, it had to have been either a mistake happening by doing that (allthough I can't think of a way how that should work) or it has to be one of the last trophies I added. Let's see if I find something.

there you can count each amount of trophies i have for each game. if you add them all together you will see it adds up to 312.

but checking on my profile you can see if you add up the total trophies i have its 312.

The pics are there, I can see them. It'll probably be because of a new spam filter we have, which means a lot of posts get sent for moderating - it's hard for us staff to notice as we still see them just fine.

not sure if my last post went through. i got a timed out message and i came back here and it wasnt there. so ill recap. i took all the silver trophies off my profile and now it says i have -1 silver trophies. hows that possible i dont know. well if i do the math right, if i have -1 trophies now and i had registered 55 trophies...then that would in fact leave me with 54 trophies (which is incorrect). so the problem i have is on my account i have a negative silver trophy. thats why i kept getting 54 when i really had 55 registered.

so if we can figure out how to fix this then i could add my 55 trophies back to my profile and the case could be closed. :)

why does my posts keep disappearing? im getting real confused now. i jsut seen my post now its not there. SIGH this should be this complicated.

for the THIRD time. as you can see on my signature i have -1 silver trophies. that means i had to have 55 registered silver trophies in order to have 54 silver trophies before. meaning i had the correct trophies on my profile but the -1 was setting be back 1. if we can fix this issue i can add my 55 silver back and the issue can rest. hopefully this post goes up. if not i give up....

Magnum, you should now have 0 silver trophies. You can add all your silvers back on now.

well seems like you did fix the -1 trophy for my silver count but its still not adding my total count correctly. as you see i have 239 bronze, 0 silver, 16 gold, 2 platinum.

239+0=239+16=255+2=257.

my account is being strange. im sorry for all the trouble. is there a switch i can hit that takes all the trophies off my account and ill just resubmit them all? or create a new account and disable the current one? i mean its not a serious matter but i want to use this site for my primary gamertag and i want it to show the correct stats.

I just checked my PSN. I have 257 trophies - 204 bronze, 41 silver, 12 gold and 0 platinum. S about this one trophy where you and Playfire differ, you are right.

But still, one silver is missing!

well i still got GTA trophies on my list but having 257 trophies on my account and it only counting 256 i think it will set me back like the silver trophies did and ill still be one trophy short. if i remove all trophies then i will have -1 trophy count....which will atill be wrong.

over the weekend im going to delete all my trophies and see if i get a -1 or not. if not ill just re-add them all and keep track of the total number to make sure im not being cheated one again. if it doesnt work ill try creating another account. i really dont want to cause i got my PSN ID as my USER ID and i want that to show up on the leader boards. but ill find something. maybe get with a moderator to delete my account fully and i just start fresh.

i updated (well de-updated) my account and took all my trophies away. i changed my gamercard level to 1. its saying im level 5, 14%, and i have -1 trophies (again). i believe once this issue is fixed this time i should be good. so any admins around can reset my trophy count and level to 0 i should be able to add my trophies fine then everything should hopefully be ok and i dont have to keep bumping this thread constantly.

yeah thats what i been trying to explain. i wanted to resolve the issue without having to delete my trophies but seem like there was no other way to find out. so hopefully the can be addressed now. where the -1 comes from i dont know.

I've reset your gamercard, so you have 0 trophies, you're on level 1, and you have 0 points.

When you've added all the trophies, if there is a problem again, post here, and I will try my best to sort it out for you again.

(Maybe you should add your trophies one game at a time, then you can check with your PSN to make sure it all adds up. And if not, at least then you know which game is the problem.)

I have the same problem as Magnum-OPs.
I miss 5 bronze Trophys on my profile, although everything else is correct. On my gamer card, I have 267 bronze Trophys. And on the PS3, I have 272 bronze Trophys. All the others are correct (platinum, gold and silver).

You can also reset my gamer card. thx

I'm trying to sort it anyway, to see if you've got any duplicates of trophies, etc.

EDIT: I cannot find any duplicates in your trophies (unless, ive overlooked them, which i have double-checked).

thx. yes this is true. try it and you'll see that every time one more trophy in the profile is missing. It is a Bug.

Roger-one, your gamercard has been reset. Make sure when you add your trophies, that you try not to double-click on the boxes to check trophies off.

If you are still having problems when you've added all your trophies back onto the site, feel free to post again. However, there shouldn't be a problem now. :)
