Help getting Platinum: Need Pure Bladestone and Pure Darkmoonstone

Hi guys, i'm on the eu server with a soul level of around 120, need these last 2 trophies to platinum the game.

I have every single item and weapon in the game apart from these 2 things and am willing to trade ANYTHING for these two items.
