hey, has anybody got this trophy yet? its one of the last trophies i need for platinum. Last night i was racing the sunday cup on the capering track and i must have done it about 150 times and my racers experience didnt move :\ what is the best way to get your driver to the peak of his career?

ive done them all except the 24 hour race at B-spec level 40 but my drivers career is not even a 3rd of the way full? :\

I read in some forums taht you need to completye at least 500 races, it's not important duration of the race, you can even get this trophy compliting 500 races of 2-3 laps in the first races.
for example after the andurance you wiil have about 250 races completed by tour b-spec driver, to finish 500 races you can repeat 250 times the firste races, I mean the race long about 3-4 minutes that you did at the beginning of the bspec carrer, with X2010

I'm just over 260ish and not far past halfway. only got to do 24hr race at level 40 plus 3 events from the pro series? Nascar, formula GT and another one.

I thought you just had to get the driver to level 40 because at that point, his career will have maxed out. My driver is only like 33 so I cant say for sure.

be patient, i'm pretty sure you will reach the top once you reach level 40 or once you complete 500 races with him

In this game I only like the vettel challenge, they were really amazing, and also the nurburgring special events, but reching the top level becomes very boring, i can suggest you to repeat 500 indy, with new path you can earn 750 K of exp in 2 hours, is not bad :asd:

only way to boost it is to complete as many as possibel of the shortest races..
those would be the sunday cups...

i used a autofire joystick and left my ps3 on for 12 hours selecting Sunday cups on auto. i had 330 days to start with..

aahahaahahahahah, you're right, but also if you want to do a race every 7 minutes e gain many experience than sunday cup you can do like this if you even need to reach lev 40

You need a rapid fire controller that has the option to auto fire d-pad down...
or you could use a usb keyboard to auto fire the down button (just by having something press and hold the down key)
use any auto fire controller to press X..

what i did was use a psp with cfw.. there is an app that turns you psp in to a ps3 controller it's called FuSA GamePad...
this combined with the MacroFire app for the psp that can customize all buttons to auto fire (even without the need for it to be pressed)
those two apps on the psp did all the hard work for me..
for me certainly the best all in one solution there is..

p.s. you need the down key pressed, because when you complete a b-spec race there is a screen that pop's up that shows your b-spec progress xp race days and such.. you need to press down there before you can continue..

So I just need to sellotape the down key on my keyboard and the :cross: button on my controller and it will just keep restarting the race for me when it has finished?

Holding the enter key on the keyboard down works as an autofire for the x button. Not sure if it'll work while a second key is also being pressed down but it's worth trying before investing money in a new pad :)

i tried that yesterday, i sellotaped some pound coins onto it but then when i tried to put an elastic band around the analogue stick it just canceled it and i had to do it all again :\

Having two buttons on a keyboard pressed has been tested and i found it does not work..
either one of the two buttons will be pressed or none.

have tested two keyboards too, this still does not work as the ps3 will only use one keyboard..

there are no other option then a PSP or keybord and autofire joytick combined..

also on a side note a autofire joystick is a must have, sure you could live without it but there are many time's it comes in handy so don't worry about it only being used once, it'll come in handy again..

try to do indy 500 miles, you earn 750 K exp in within 2 hours with x2010, it's very fast ;)

Ive just got my rapidfire controller and its ok for pressing :cross: but how can i get down on the keyboard to keep pressing down without me doing it?

Hi,
It should keep repressing down if you put something on the down button and keep it pressed...
make sure that you only have something pressing down on the down button, and press down on it hard enough..
if not then you might want to try another keyboard..
it should should keep going down as long as you keep the down button pressed..

maybe hold it with one finger too make sure you keyboard does keep pressing down if pressed correctly

yeah ive checked everything ill hold the down key and it will go down so i think yeah its working then when it gets to the screen after the race where it shows your racers stats and how many races he has done the arrow just doesn't move down even when i haven't took my finger off the down key?

when you plugged your keyboard in did you do anything with the keyboard settings in accessory settings?

for what i know, you shoul be able to unlock it after completing 500 races, independently which races you have completed

Stupid aint it, I did 503 race and it popped so now im in my last 24 hour race of B-spec so when its finished tonight ill get Endurance race trophy, Gold Standard trophy then my PLATINUM :yay:
