Anybody else's B spec freezing or lagging?

In the B spec my game keeps freeze lagging. It takes about ten seconds for 1 second to pass. And usually I have to quit game if race doesn't end when he passes the line. It only seems to happen when I'm signed in. Anybody figure out any fixes let me know? It might have something to do with disc codes in certain areas.

I haven't encountered anything of that kind in B-Spec mode, the only thing I've met in B-Spec is boredom.
Anyway, I really don't see what could be the problem.
Before telling you to delete/re-install your game datas (which might solve the problem, who knows), can you tell if this happens each time you try B-Spec and you're signed in or only once in a while?
