GT5 keeps freezing?

does anybody no how to fix this coz its doin my head in keep freezing on the black loading screen between races :mad:

I had no crashes at all...then I saw this post, and I just got one :(

its only started happening to me this week

It crashed on me at the loading screen when booting up the game, and then on the home menu, the curser just never appeared, but that was only today, and otherwise has been running smoothly. Ill have a look to see if its a common problem.

ok mate :) i had a look on google before and people said it started happening after the new update?

i haven't had any freezes since the first day and deleting the save data solved that, other then that the only problem i have had is getting the game to load sometimes from the xmb menu but turning my ps3 on & off has solved this problem each time so far.
