Medal Of Honor DLC Coming Nov 2nd!

Medal of Honor has it first installment of DLC being released on November 2nd. EA describe it as “all-new explosive” DLC, and this installment will be free (can't complain at that :P)

The DLC is a multi player mode called "Clean Sweep" according to the announcment it is "an elimination mode where players must rely on their own skill and teammates’ expertise to prevail as the winning team."

It includes two new maps "Bagram Hangar" and "Khyber Caves" and also redesigned versions of "Diwagal Camp" and "Kabul City Ruins."

Colin mate, i have almost platinumed this game...and the glitches are crippling it. I have had numerous glitches on tier 1 mode when the teammates dont come and open the door and that is like a waste of 20 odd minutes on average. The online is horrendous to say the least...its shameful that DICE have made this. After playing, Bfbc2...i wa shocked at this garbage product. The amoutn of freezes and lag that i encoutner make this a very half bakes online product. Very hameful with such high production values and industry' best people involved in the project and one of the most awaited games of the year.

The SP more than made up for me but the glitches still do my head in. Thus, no amount of free DLCs are going to put me back in the online unless i go for any future dlc trophies...

Also, with regards, to free DLC, i just think that the developers purposely cut out some bits in the final game and then release it later...just marketing tactics. Good news for people who would be playing the online for long i guess...

I love the online gameplay, i haven't had any connection issues at all i have had the freezing but its only a second it freezes up for if that. I like the game modes available and i have no issues with the current maps, they all offer a challenge. I have had no glitch issues in SP or MP other than dead bodies hanging from the ceiling by there head having a fit lol. Size wise the maps are pretty much the same as BFBC2 but everyone plays that without complaint.

The issue you mentioned with glitches in tier 1 mode ie. the guy not opening the door, i did level 1 three times today and the same happened everytime. I dont think its a glitch, the bits of the game you can't control dont speed up because you move through the level faster. My point being he dosen't open it any quicker in the actual SP game, so he dose in the same time on both modes. (hope that makes sense lol) Its the same on Mirrors edge speedruns, the doors dont open quick enough and end up costing you time.

Your more than likely right about the DLC being held back from the game release and your right that its a marketing ploy, supposed to make you feel like you are getting more from the product (although for most it dosent seem like that), but atleast there is more maps so we dont have to play the same few for the next how ever long and they arnt asking us to pay for it either which is always a bonus.

The only issue i have had with the game really is that the hard diff on the SP was far to easy, other than that i thikk i am playing a diff game to every one else lol or mabey i didnt set the bar as high as other as to what to exspect. MoH has always been the lesser of the FPS's that are released so i dint expect it to line up with the likes of BFBC2 or KZ2, but imo i prefer MoH to KZ2.

I am confused here colin, i know you have played Bfbc a lot like me. How on earth are the maps the same size as Bfbc2? The size of the maps like Desert, snow ones, or the jungle ones are easily twice the size of MoH. The spawning is horrendous where you spawn right in front of enemies. Plus the game heavily favours snipers, which makes it a camp fest. I have experienced freezes and lag on almost every match and the upcoming patch indicates that there are many many people like me. The freezes rob me of my stats and many times the fire controller trophy which is the only hard mp trophy. The lags have made me die almost all the time.

And i have completed hard playthrough mate and 7/9 of the Tier 1 stages...i appreciate your advice. But believe me mate, the teammates not coming and opening door is not the issue of "scripted gameplay". It is acutally where they say all the dialogies and refuse to move from their earlier psoitions...maybe cos am playing too fast or smething.

With your description i see that you are one of the lucky ones who dont encoutner these, and i envy you for that. But after the ridiculous Mp, i was having a blast with Sp hard playthrough. And now these Tier 1 glitches have made me curse it again. Tier 1 is hard enough on its own, without these added frustrations :(

Eh.. the game is average.. was disappointed with how short the single player campaign was. the online is ok but gets boring after a few games, the snipers dont bother me i usually run right up and stab them in the face. The tier 1 mode isnt that hard, its just no crosshairs and restart the mission if you die.. Pretty much just like the old days, or like frontline if you havent played it yet. I have only ran into 1 glitch in the entire game, and that was on the second mission when i got off the ATv i got stuck on some inivisible wall or something, so killed my team mate to start at that spot again. Other than that ive been booted 1 time from online, and never froze the system.. With the exception of the little pauses when friends log on or off.

As for this so called DLC.. LOL dlc means DOWNLOAD i gurantee the download will be 100kb cuz its already on the disc just like bfbc2 with their vip content.. Seriously this is sad, dont come up with 2 new maps a new mode and reworked maps that are on the disc and call it dlc. I suggest this game as a rental its nothing great, but its also nothin horrible.
