And my toughest platinum was probably WAW. Might not hold a candle to some of the members here but damn, i'm surprised i didn't take a stroke completing that game on veteran. Nearly surpassed blood boiling point at that Blowtorch and Corkscrew level.

i dont have the highest level, im at lv14. but i am proud of my collection. there are some hard fought trophies in my set, the proudest achievements in my sig below. one reason i take pride in my collection is, true to my self given status as a trophy completionist, out of the 39 trophy games i have, 33 of them are 100%. 1 of the 6 that that isnt complete, i do have Platinum, but not all dlc trophies yet. (that being Uncharted 2).

Nah, i just play games and if i don't like it, i take it back. I don't play games for trophies but its a good feature and tbh games without them now would get quite boring.

It's likely that the account is shared by multiple users possibly from different timezones thereby allowing that account to continue earning trophies practically round the clock.

Not that I'm a sore 'loser' or anything ;) I never intend to get that many trophies, I've got one of those things to be getting on with... Y'know... what's it called? Oh yeah, a life ^^
However I am quite proud of my GTA IV platinum. It took a lot of dedication. That and R2.

All the stats are taken from Sony's servers so what reason is there for you not to believe them?

yea good points but also theres been a lot of whoring going on too! I hate it when I compare trophy lists and you see these people who have just bought Hannah Montana for a fiver then rinsed all the trophies just for trophies sake! (thats fine if your 6!!!...and a girl!?) and all the trophies were achieved about 15 mins apart! I loose all respect for them at that point! My collection might not be overwhelming but at least im putting effort in! People who platinum GTA, Bioshock and LBP have my respect because they've tried there not just boosting there trophies for the sake of their egos! I actually have a life lol and just game when I have the time, I enjoy game narratives, and want my 45 quids worth out of them! There my modern day equivalent too books and films. My point is the people who are at the top of leader boards just have too many, theres something weird going on! The people who are level 12 upwards, who have these epic titles platinumed are more worthy of being at the top than someone who has just button bashed his way through harry potter on easy mode just to get a fix like some weird crack addict! The leaderboard is based on your trophy amount, don't expect people to play otherwise just because you think it's wrong.
You can think what you want, but there's nothing weird or sick in considering collecting trophies as some sort of a competition and/or a leisure.
At least as long as you can keep your sanity and your social life intact... :rolleyes:

I actually iked the godfather if you're talking about the 2nd one. Not great but a decent play.

I sadly have platinumed HM, when I was really trophy whoring. But it was actually ashes cricket 09 that made me stop whoring. That was such a horrible platinum, i started questioning why I bothered. So now I "TRY" to be less whorish. Trying alot of RPGs now!

like a cheapo version of a GTA.
My stance on easy trophy games is:
If it is available to me i.e. I don't have to purposely buy it, and it has easy trophies, then providing the game is bearable, I will get them.

I liked the Godfather 2. It was just too short tbh. If it actually lasted a day it could have been a really good game but tbh it just made for an easy platinum, probably the easiest platinum ive got. I like Mafia-type games and I love open world games. Was thinking about getting Mafia 2 but every review i've seen has been a 7/10 so far and for me that doesn't merit £40. Hoping to get Oblivion GOTY back again on Xbox though this time, but it's f**** sold out everywhere. GAME are doing it for £14 so i'll keep my eye out there. btw this is totally unrelated but whats up with a bit of banter eh? =)

I just recently got my 100% on CoD. I did like 95% of it and gave up for a while. Then I went back to it and finished the spec ops pretty quickly. Makes me wonder why I couldn't do it before.

Man im so bored right now, i just finished Dead Space and got the One Gun trophy.....i dont want to play that for a while now :( just played for like......12 hours....
