Vidzone 1.15

If theres any one like me that like to use vidzone you will be happy to hear that there is a new major update released today that brings sum great new upgrades plus a brand new record company to the vidzone libarary. EMI have joined the vidzone family and bring over 8,000 new videos you can check out the image below for an idea of some of the new artists

heres a list of updated features in vidzone 1.15


start-up speed has been improved significantly
Artists with no videos do no longer appear when searching for artists
Inactive videos are now removed automatically(no more yellow flags)
Users can now select video quality manually to cater for bandwidth caps in certain countries
The keyboard is now displayed as default when searching


The patch is only 18 mb so have fun searching through the new vids on offer :)

Ahh nice, i downloaded it when it was first released but did think much of it. With all these ne artists i might just have another look. (Y)

Technically it's VidZone 1.15, not 1.5 ;)

I haven't personally used VidZone for months, simply because it cannot run properly in the background. I'd rather listen to music while playing games, than looking at music play.. interesting update though, no doubt.

Not a bad little update. Still have to install VidZone on my Slim. A great application for the PS3 though.

For some reason, i have never understood why Vidzone isnt more popular. I personally love it and play it on the background many times when am doing something else around the house. An update to improve is always for the better and thanks wright for sharing the news.

I very rarely use it because when Vidzone's on I can't play games on my games console

Thats the difference, i use my ps3 as an entertainment package. Blu rays are played almost everyday on my ps3, i listen to my vidzone playlist when am doing household chores or doing stuff on the computer (when wife is not watching TV), browse the internet and play games. I use almost everything that the console offers except that shit Ps3 HOME!!!

The EMI tracks only went live today, so that's why you couldn't find them.
