50 students in peril not unlocking

I've rescued all 50 of the students in peril and the trophy isn't unlocking. Any ideas? If I go back to the leaky cauldron it shows that I have 50/50 of the students. Buying all versions of voldemort doesn't work either. I will not play through the game again because of the chance that it may happen again. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact problem i've completed the game to 100% and have received the 100% trophy but no student rescue trophy. It's really annoying as I only have that and the quidditch in 5 mins to do to get the plat!!! These games are always very buggy so hopefully a patch will come out soon. I've tried a few of the solutions that help with unlocking trophies in the other Lego games but they don't seem to be working in this. I think it's due to that silly underground room glitching with the dragon! So annoying.
