How do you even get crushing online? Do you have to complete them all on Normal/Hard?

No you have to just beat 1 on hard first to unlock crushing for all 3 maps. Though as there are trophies for hard and crushing, you might as well beat them all.

No sorry i am done with Uncharted coop. Done it few times and have helped a few guys on my list. All i am doing at present is my last 2500 kills trophy.
Sanctuary is easy except the last toom...once you have a strategy, all maps are pretty easy.

Yeah, I'm ok. 90% of online I come top. And I completed story on Crushing in less than a day.

I imagine were all pretty busy during the week so weekend would be the best time to nail the co op trophies and try and boost the hard ones in multiplayer (I havent figured out how we'd do this yet tbh) I'm very much happy to play to get the trophies normally, I enjoyed playing it when I did just Rapid Fire! that Id like out the way.
