Maxing Damage

Ive been grinding for nearly 200hrs now and still only managing 11mil damage with my main, What makes the major jump to reach 100mil+?

I know about R40 Items and such but is it really nessercary to get 186000 stored levels for the character's or would using serums be a better bet for me to majorly 'jump' the damage gaps?

I have 2 PPS and about 45 serums and a hell of a lot of Gladiator innocent's

For some reason I have not been able to make any dual stat innocent's, a lil help for that as well please!
