If a game has been confirmed to have trophy support will it be live striaght from buying the game? Or will it be patched soon after?

Im most concerned about Midnight Club LA and Dead Space...will these games def have trophies straight out of the box?

i know dead space has them from realease becase my m8 in canada has it.

look at my gamer card, i earned 5 deadspace trophies last night :) The other one your talking about I have no clue sorry.
