Rainbow gradient, blur, duplicate original layer and make blue, place behind. Something like that, eh :D

It looks pretty nice though.

instead of duplicating layer did you just add a blue stroke?

I'd like to know how you made it seriously, like is there a tutorial I'm loving them types of sigs at the moment.

Hmm...rainbow gradient, blurred some of the edges (maybe), duplicate the original layer and make it all blue, place it over top and erase through the middle to keep the edges blue? Or you put the blue layer underneath and erased the edges of the gradient layer.

He didn't use a stroke. If he did, it would look like this one, with blue instead of the red.

That's pretty much exactly what I said, although you could duplicate the layer, grow the selection by 1 pixel, fill with blue then place behind.
