Step 1: Selecting the Game
You can find the list of Games by clicking the buttons on the Left Side of the Homepage,

PSN = Playstation Store Download Games
Retail = Games found in Shops
Step 2: Managing Your Trophies
On the Select Game Screen, choose the game you wish to add trophies for. Once you've done that, you'll be taken to the Game Profile page. You then need to click on the Trophies link.

Now you just select/deselect the trophies on the list, using the checkbox on the left of the trophy name. It will take a few seconds to update.
NOTE: The site updates on an hourly basis - this means that although your trophies will be added, the percentage on your gamercards may not match up exactly with your ps3 account. Just be patient, the percentage will soon be updated and it will match again perfectly.
