Server Shutdowns - Which Games?

So it's been all over the interweb recently that EA are shutting down various servers for older games; some are understandable and others seem harsh but that's neither here nor there anymore. EA will be removing the online components of some of the PS3 games, meaning you will no longer be able to platinum certain games. Because we care about trophies and we care about your precious 100% here's the full PS3 list.

Yeah most of the server shutdown are understandable. Games like Def Jam Icon nobody goes online on anymore, so no point keeping the servers if no-ones gonna use them. I might give Def Jam Icon a send-off like people gave Calling All Cars when the servers for that were shutdown. :P

Looks like you'll have to platinum it sooner then! All you have to do is get the online trophies out of the way, and get the Single Player trophies whenever.

If your talking trophy related meaning it would be hard I can just boost.

thats true. if its dead then boosting would be easier. i remember boosting and being constantly interrupted.

me and malik managed 2 get nearly all the online trophies in 1 night then got the last 1 yesterday, the severs haven't got many ppl in so i can understand why they are turning them off

My friend seems convinced that they will release an update/patch for LOTR Conquest that somehow allows you to get the online ones without having the ability to go online... Like they will pop up if you start the game. Can anyone give me some kind of evidence to prove him wrong (or right, either way works for me)
