More Uncharted 2 Trophy Goodness

Uncharted 2 is getting new Trophies and Medals with the Drake's Fortune Multiplayer Pack. To get these Trophies, you need to purchase the pack. After purchase, the amount of kills and stuff will start to count towards the Trophy. No purchase is necessary to win the new medals. Game update 1.05 (Feb 15) will install the new Trophies and medals (although you can only buy the DLC pack on the 25th). The pack as a bundle (Maps, Trophies and Skins) will cost $5.99, no European pricing yet.

All of the following Trophies are Bronze, it's in XMB order (unless they change it at the last minute) and the descriptions may not be the final ones:

:bronze: Sneaky... - Get 50 Stealth Kills in Deathmatch or Elimination games

:bronze: Brass Knuckles - Get 100 Melee Kills in Deathmatch or Elimination games

:bronze: Tastes Like Chicken - Get 20 BBQ Medals

:bronze: Rapid Fire - Get 7 Tripled Medals in Deathmatch or Elimination games

:bronze: I Told You I Was Hardcore! - Complete All 3 Co-op Objective Maps on Hard Difficulty

:bronze: Made It - Finish Wave 10 in one Survival Game

:bronze: Gold Digger - Finish Wave 10 in one Gold Rush Game

:bronze: Wipe Them Out... - Win 50 Deathmatch Games

:bronze: Plays Well With Others - Win 50 Objective Games

:bronze: Still Alive - Win 50 Elimination Games

:bronze: Plundered! - Get 200 Captured Medals

:bronze: Cold Blooded - Get 2,500 Kills in Deathmatch or Elimination games


The new medals are:

* Tip Off – Be the First Player to Grab the Treasure in Plunder

* Protectorate – Shoot and Kill 5 Enemies that were Damaging the Treasure Carrier

* No Cigar – Kill the Treasure Carrier while They are about to Score

* None Shall Pass – Get 5 Kills while in the Hill during a King of the Hill

* First! – Get the First Kill of the Game

* Finish Him! – Get the Last Kill of the Game

* Retaliation – Kill the Last Player that Killed You

* Defender – Kill a Player that is Actively Shooting One of Your Teammates

* That Was Embarrassing – Earn a Shutout in Plunder

* Put'em Down – Kill Someone in the Knockdown State with a Pistol Weapon

* Unlucky – Die 5 Times in a Row without Getting a Kill

* Tricky – Kill a Player with a Pistol Weapon while Hanging

Lets just hope Europe has the same release date since Sony seem to be screwing us over more and more these days, why do you hate us Sony?

i was gonna post this yesterday but the website has been down since. anyways i cannot wait for this...best way to enjoy the multiplayer, which is great anyways. as the price is so cheap anyways, its gonna be a first day purchase for me. shame that europe has to wait and that the yanks are gonna get this on 25th feb.

another thing to bear in mind that the stats dont carry over, so everyone starts afresh from 25th february with respect to trophies.

I doubt I'm going to get my 100% back, I am total rubbish at U2 online and I didn't find it very fun because I always died. Am still going to give it ago though :).

I dont mean to be picky but I was just wondering why did you post this in general news? Is it because your not 100% sure that the discriptions/ trophie names are correct.

I wont by this because I dont like multiplayer. Uncharted 2s multiplayer was ok but I am just not a fan of multiplayer in general. Its nice of naughty dog to be doing all of this dlc for free though.
