If anyone is missing the last life shard and cant find it there is one in the black throne that doesnt appear on the map even with Fury's Embrace Legendary Enhancement until your near it. It's on the top level of the room with the three cages on the purple chains. You get there by going east from the beginning on about level 3 or 4 high.
