Id recommend completing the SP campaign 1st so that you have close to 100k before starting!

Set up a custom multiplayer on feeding area and go as tainted coil.

Dont have an opponent and start game.

Get all towers on the map as quick as you can (for time purposes only).

Sit in front of your stage and upgrade till you can make advanced warfathers.

Stand just in front of where the worm can hit and spawn Adv battle nuns.

You can make 38 everytime you have 3000 fans it takes 10 minutes.

Repeat untill ping!

I think you have to exit muliplayer and go into your save for the trophy to ping, I am currently doing this now to see for myself how fast it is, started at 145,000 fans.

*EDIT* Took 1 hr for 28,000 fans

As soon as you get the 250,000 fans you get the plat you don't have to exit the game
