if i finish a campaign in hard mode with 150 shoots in the head..when i start another campaign i just have to do another 50 shoots to win the trophy of 200 shoots..or i have to do against the 150 shoots??

i am not sure if it carries over when u do crushing as i think you have to use a new save for it, (someone else should be able to say weather this is right or wrong). but i would use chapter select and get you 50 headshots that way, before starting your new run just in case it dosent.

You can do your Crushing run on the same save, using Chapter Select, and they carry over, so no need to worry mate.
