The likeness of Nathan Drake (the main character of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves) has been undeniably ripped off for a new PC detective game by developer Hill Stone Animation Studio, titled The Broken Clues.
Check out the uncanny resemblance in the two images below:

There's only one way to be sure, quick, check Mr Mattews shirt!
I think it's a little too similar to just be down to being just that 'generic white male' look. I imagine if the character acts anything like Drake a fuss might be kicked up.

I thought 'Nate' Drake was English, or is it just Francis Drake?

Nathan drake is American surely you can tell by the accent.
Someone really needs to sue these people there is no way that is just coincidence.

How can anyone pretend they know when the game never actually state's whether he is or not? The only thing I would say is that he might be American because the clearly English characters have that stereo-typed posh British accent. Other then that Sir Francis Drake was English, but there's always the likely hood that somewhere down this fictional family tree the family immigrated to America.

His voice actor is the same man as Ezio from AC2 ;) So he COULD be English who has lived in America for the past 10 years and picked up the accent, could be American..
Make your choice and make your own backstory :)
