Final Boss Help! (spoilers)

I am stuck on fighting the boss character! I been tryin for awhile now. I know I need to shoot the Tree Of Life sap to damage him, but is there any good strategy I may be overlooking? Thanks for the help in advance, cheers m8.

just keep doing what your doing eventually you'll beat him took me a fair few goes as well

Apparently theres a ledge on the right side, which you can just keep moving round and shooting the sap, then let it appear again.

I found it easiest using the right side and the front of the tree, on the front theres 2 sap things close to each other,.

But just find a route you find easy to run round, its a bit of trial and error as I found he went close to some bits of sap compared to others. It didnt take me many goes to defeat him, I thought other parts of the game were harder.
