Didn't Naughty Dog borrow a few developers from Insom and Sucker Punch to work on some of the graphics?

I would also just assume its from the praise they've been getting from people over the last month or so. I thought I saw somewhere that Infinity Ward devs were saying the U2 was a "MUST BUY!"
