new ps3 and downloaded songs

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me.
I recently changed my old PS3 for a new one, but I cant seem to access the Singstar songs I downloaded onto my old PS3 from Singstore.

Is it possib;e to do this? Or do I have to re-buy them?

don't worry, call sony, just the number from the back page of a game, let them know you've changed ps3 they will want the serial number off the back, they will then change it over and you go back into sing store and re download them, i had to do it a month or two ago :)

Thanks for the reply. When you say serial number off the back, d'you mean off the back of the game or the PS3?

ps3, it'll be something like 08:12345678-1234567-abcde12, hope this helps

Cheers. I phoned the number which was on the last page of the Singstar booklet (o8705998877) and the first woman told me I had to reload my old PS3, access gamer account and disable it. then load up my new one, go on to gamer account and enable it. I did the first thing fine, but unfortunately I couldnt enable my new one as it had already been enabled.
So I phoned up again, and the second guy told me that the first woman was talking rubbish and all I had to do was let him know a few security details and he would sort it out for me. So I am now waiting for a confirmation email, which will enable the singstar game on my new PS3 and tell me how to re-download the songs.

So by thursday it should be done

Glad you're getting it sorted and yes the woman was talking rubbish, lol, it'll take ages to re download the songs, I had 91 tracks to do, it took forever, i had to do it i blocks of five

I phoned them last Friday, still waiting for the bloomin' email!! :bigcry:
