Rented it from Lovefilm, played it for 2-3 hours yesterday and came to the conclusion its a pretty bad game, dont get me wrong the Graphics are decent, the sound is questionable at times but i just cant get into the game play or the story - it feels like its trying so hard to win me over but it just cant make it.

As i said to IKris yesterday, its like a bad spiderman game meets an underachieving version of Infamous.

Im actually enjoying this game alot, playing it on hard atm to get to grips with everything and yes you can see the spiderman resemblense but its great the arm works great, its a tough challenge the guns arnt brilliant but work well there isnt nothing BAD about the game its just weither you actually like it or not.

I'm actually enjoying playing this at the moment.
The gameplay is challenging, the swinging works well and the boss fights are fun.
I can't see why people hate it. I've played worse...a LOT worse.

Time and again when i come here i just have to scratch my head about people.
Just because they are not able to get the mechanics of a game within 2 seconds they rate a game as crap. Maybe the old saying is true that videogaming can put you into dumbness.

To me, Bionic Commando is one of the best titles this year. Technically and game-wise. It's like inFamous - just better. Way better.
There were many games that were hyped this year like mad but many of them were just mediocre. I bet THESE games you are cheering to like nothing else.

Everyone who bashes Bionic Commando, saying it's a bad Spidey-Clone: I just can't take you guys seriously. While playing i always think "man, why can't the Spidey-Games be just like that?".
You must be well under 20 years old to come to such a superficial conclusion. The game is stuffed with great references to Capcom-Classics. The game is a jewel, a gem!
