Weapon select while driving????

Is there any friggin way i can use a gun other than the shitty pistol while in or on a vehicle?? The only weapon i seem to have access to throughout the whole game is the fuckin pistol and its getting old real fast, like the game except this part which seems to suck as i surely can use a sub machine gun while riding a motor bike or driving a car. If anyone can shed any light onto this as in how i can use any gun other than the pistol while in control of a vehicle that would be brlliant. thanks in advance.

Unfortunately mate, no you can't use any guns other than the pistol whilst driving in cars. Which is a lousy piece of shit. It would have been a lot better if you could use other guns like the sub machine gun whilst your driving and made it quicker to kill the enemies in my opinion.

Thans deak for the info but shit does that suck ass, the game is pretty cool little frustrating but the pistol only while driving just plain fuckin sucks.
