why does everyone always use the first amendment saying there "Freedom of Speech" is takin away? it doesn't always apply to everything...there are people listening who can also be hurt by that persons speech...

for sony to take such serious action against him he must have been handing out racial or sexual abuse to alot of people. they would not do this for just swearing.
