View Full Version : Help! Multiplayer beta not working!

I've just downloaded the Multiplayer beta and when i clicked on it to install it, a message came up saying "error occured" i've tried to install it a few times now but it just comes up with that message

Can anyone shed any light on this and has this happened to anyone else?

I've searched the internets for a fix for this problem before going to bed because I really want to play with you :)

It's an unknown error that happens to some people when installing stuff, but you can bypass it by deleting your download, going to the store again and download the beta and NOT selecting background download. It should automatically install after the download then.

I wish you tons of luck, you deserve it!

EDIT: I just noticed your post is from yesterday... I'm confused, but what matters is that you get to play! :)

I think that this is the code that me and my cousin got before. It happens when you switch off your PS3 by the wrong way, and that's what we did. For me, some workers cut off the electricity in the house while my PS3 was downloading. And my cousin switched his PS3 off from the socket in the wall.

Try re-downloading. Oh, if you got it via gamesharing, it will be hard to re-downloading :(

Sony were doing some maintenance on their servers yesterday afternoon/evening. That may have had something to do with it. I couldn't access the PS Store and someone on my friends list couldn't even sign in. It all seems fixed now though.

how do you get the online beta and one more question is it good for the people that have played it
