Most of the time online your oppenent always gets you on the floor and when they get u down they start 2 punch u when their head is near ur head and i cant get out of this can some1 tell me the best thing 2 do?

Go into practice mode and set it to the position you want and practice getting out of it. This helps more than you would think...honestly.

any ground and pound position can be countered if your ground grapple skill is high enough, when in the defensive position (getting hit from the player sat on you) move your right analogue stick to the 12 oclock position andhold it to the edge till it reaches the 4 oclock position and keep doing it.

this will manuvour you out of the ground and pound into a more suitalbe position to do something constructive
