Codes aren't, but I imagine you can via gamesharing. It might even be treated like a demo meaning unlimited shares.

YOU CAN'T GAMESHARE THIS!

Sorry for the caps but you need to know. I shared this with a friend and he went on it before me. So then, I tried to go on it with him and it says

"The content cannot currently be used on this system.
This content will be available for use after 24 hours have passed from the time it was used on another PS3 system.
(80029752)"

I have made him delete it now but I shall have to wait 24 hours before I can play it.

He said it's good by the way.
