Uncharted 2 Beta out of date?

Pretty sure this has been mentioned already, but still.

I've never played Uncharted, so I was hoping this beta might be a way for me to experience it. I got my e-mail from Amazon today telling me what my code was. I go onto redeem it only to find it's invalid.

Why the hell would they make a beta expire 2 months before the game's release?

You cannot use the codes yet, that's all. Try waiting for the betas start on june 3rd.

You might not be able to participate in the Beta now, it says it on the email that if you enter the code before the beta starts you may not be able redeem it later

Because he's using the Dune designer card - one of them has static images of Uncharted - but since the trophies he's got aren't shown correctly the images from the card shines through.

I received the mail from amazon too with the same problem (N) the coupon is valid until 31st March 2009 lol :D but I'm sure the code will work at the day when the beta starts.

Sony said at E3 the Beta goes live at Midnight tonight. I won't be playing that that time but tomorrow morning should be fun as long as I get a game.

I downloaded the code on June the 2nd at 11:00pm EST
so i guess they did it earlier
