Fallout 3 DLC on PS3 - Confirmed

As of literally five minutes ago, vg247.com have just confirmed that all current DLC for Fallout 3 is making its way to the PS3, at last! With two more 'episodes' confirmed for PC, 360 and PS3.

The new new 'episodes' are titled Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta.


Point Lookout features a “massive new swampland area filled with new quests and content,” and will be available in late June for Xbox 360 and PC for 800 MS Points. The PS3 version will release after Broken Steel hits the console.

Mothership Zeta allows you to “experience an alien abduction first hand and find out if you’re tough enough to survive.” Xbox 360 an PC users get it in late July for 800 Points. PS3 gamers will see it after Point Lookout releases.

So basically we will be seeing all of the Fallout 3 DLC, just seemingly staggered in a progressive fashion. Hooray to Bethesda for taking the time to port to the PS3, we all know how difficult it was for them and this was reflected in the final product.

Dutch so I will translate the dates:

First one named Operation Anchorage is gunna be released end June.
The Pitt is gunna be released 4 to 6 weeks after Operation Anchorage, Broken Steel 4 to 6 weeks after The Pitt.

Then the 2 new DLC's will be released after the old DLC's are released.
So probably around Sep/Oct

I thought this would happen. Microsoft buy exclusivity for around 6 months so we do end up getting DLC in the end. Good to hear it's confirmed though.
And yeah, I'd bet on the GTA DLC to be available soon.

DLC trophy lists are often added to Sony's servers (which is what you're seeing when you compare trophies) weeks before the DLC drops, so it's nothing out of the ordinary
