Have abit of a problem, I killed myself on world 2 a few times and thought I had got the world tendancy to pure black (the primeval demon was in 2-1) i went to the big hole on the right path in 2-2 and went to where the 2 geckos are but no Scirvir there, highly confused as he's definetly not there...

This happens sometimes... I had trouble getting him to appear in Pure White as well. Try killing yourself again and see if it works, if not you will be able to get the Talisman of Beasts if you do the Mephistopheles Quest and kill Ostrava (when Mephistopheles asks you to, not before)

If he is not spawning then try pure white tendency, and if that doesn`t happen maybe you could do it on your 2nd playthrough.
