I've completed every challenge online and got all 4 silver trophies for completing all the challenges on each mountain online this includes all the multiplayer ones.

But I still havent received the trophy for completing all the multiplayer challenges.

Am I doing something wrong or is there still something I need to do?

Right I'll answer this one myself then... if you download the new mountain DLC called 'B.C' you will need to complete all the challenges online for this mountain before you can get the Town Bicycle trophy.

Meaning...that if you didnt download the BC mountain, then would you be able to get the trophy just playing the standard 4 mountains online?

^nvm...I found out I had to do the Target mountain challenges online since i had the target edition.
