damn, not another one. I can confirm the result earlier between me and blake was a good game i possible disserved a draw, but credit must go to where it is disserved and blake deffended hard and finished his chances well.

We'll get all the games done at some point. Just there are many more important things at the moment than a FIFA tournament.

The epitomy of a game of two halves - 3 goals for the eventual victors in the first half, 2 for me in the second. Think it's probably fair to say that play was mostly being dominated by whoever was scoring as well. I have to add though that he got a couple of the JAMMIEST deflections you'll see in FIFA :P The first came straight after it had gone 1-0 which pretty much killed off the game at an early stage, but I came out all guns blazing the second half.

My consolation goal came too late for me to mount any final attacks, but fucking hell, I think it's probably the best I've scored so I don't feel too hard done by. I think I hit it from about 25-30 yards out, and it looped straight over Reina's head - beautiful :D

The best man definitely won, but on another day I think the result may have been very different... Oh and I just noticed at the end that Adebayor got injured at the start of the second half, which might explain why he didn't make it onto even one of my through balls. Bugger!

Fairly dominant Arsenal performance, 4-0 up at half time. Had a bit of luck for 2 of my goals, but then Barca's first came from Almunia booting a free kick into my defender's arse, so it evened out :) Think I've got a bit better at this FIFA lark!

Well-contested match. Almunia again decided that it would be worth giving away a free goal and it was downhill from there. The best man won, but there should've been a red card in the first half as V. P. was hacked down by the last man when clear on goal.

I quite agree.It was a definite red which would have changed the game but the ref waved away any appeals for a free-kick, quite unbelievably! Good game and well played Ant but I feel that Villa had enough chances to merit the dominant scoreline with Carew missing around 5 or 6 other one on ones.

Ashley Young nicked it off Almunia to lob him for the first goal, Milner then grabbed the second and it was over when Carew headed the final goal of the game.

Arsenal were unlucky not to cause even one period of celebration at the Emirates, due to excellent goalkeeping from Brad Friedel and a man of the match performance from Curtis Davies who proved to be the rock in the Villa defence.

Thanks for the game Ant, I'd enjoy playing you again, whenever you fancy.

First half was very different to what the scoreline suggested and Newcastle were good value as they made it 1-1 to equalise following some decent passing and possession. If I remember correctly it was 2-1 at half time and it took a few lapses in discipline to really open the game up. Enjoyable for me, hope you had fun too gozer :)

A game of two very contrasting halves, with Man City always looking threatening in the first, and Arsenal stringing together some lovely passing play in the second. It was City that scored first, but it caused Arsenal to rally back into the game. They first equalised with an Adebayor strike, before Walcott's substitution on the second half led to the youngster causing problems for the opposition defence and Arsenal taking the lead. A great battle in my opinion and could've swung either way at many points during the game.

Only two fixtures left for me now :( I might have a go at doing an up-to-date league table this afternoon actually.

Yes, I can confirm the 4-1 victory.
The connection was quite horrendous in the second half - not sure why - it was a shame because it ruined a good game.
Blake is a very good player so thank you for the game.
