My tip but it now and start leveling. You need really good team to pass through most trophies

While the trophies are not retroactive, they do work if you have a save file. Considering that none of the trophies require you to do something early on (even if they did you could simply start a new cycle), I'd say buy it now and start leveling up you characters. It's going to take you a minimum of 70-100 hours of gameplay to Plat this title if you're starting from scratch.

100 hours if you know how to level. Cause for damage trophy you need best guns leveled

The game has a large mass of content and hours upon hours of playability. It's well worth $40, and you could probably find it for less if you buy it used or online. I'd imagine people are going to start (re)buying the used copies now that trophies have been announced. It's not like the trophies require you to buy any of the DLC.

lol, its child's play compared to Demons Souls Platinum ;-)
Glad to hear it works with a current save file too, as between this and Demon Souls my gf has got a bit miffed about never seeing me!!

We got the patch in the U.S. this week. No date was ever announced, just a surprise download. I would think EU would be getting it extremely soon.

Um, that's not the trophy patch. The trophy patch isn't out yet. It should be coming to the U.S. soon, though.
Is the patch definitely coming or will it be Japan only patch?

Rumor has it that NISA has already localized both the trophy patch and the Raspberyl episode, and both will be released in the upcoming weeks in the U.S. As for Europe, I have no idea on that.
ok but i'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best

There's another thread that confirms NISA are working on the trophy patch for the US. But does anyone have any info on whether it will be coming to EU too?

Usually, when a patch is released in US, it comes few weeks after in EU.... So, we may get this patch too...

The US has had loads of DLC though, and EU hasn't had any so far. But hopefully we will still get a patch after the US

I recently asked PS: "Are you are going to be adding Disgaea 3 content to the European store?"
Their reply...
"In some cases we, in Europe, are first to publish content, however, we do publish some content later than the Japanese, American and Korean Stores. The reasons for this are varied as I am sure you can imagine with each piece of content having to go through procedures ranging from Quality Assurance to legal approvals. In addition, Europe is subject to a far greater degree of language and content localisation (SCEE manages 21 Store fronts in 8 languages and 11 currencies) than in other territories which must be taken into account. We aim to provide our consumers with access to all PS Store content that is appropriate to them, wherever they are in the world as soon as is possible."
Not really an answer to my question.
.
NIS have a company in Japan and one in America so i think it will probably be out in america but sadly i Don't think it is going to come to Europe :(. but that is just what im predicting

Isnt it made by NIS europe though?:bronze:
an E-mail i have seen posted on a few forums goes as such
For the moment there is nothing planned for EU, but you should keep an eye on our official website for more news about updates and games releases:
http://www.square-enix.com
Whether or not that is just a standard fob off answer i dont know
Remember Square-Enix publish Disgaea in Europe - it is nothing to do with NIS (even though they do all the work :P )
