Alright. First time taking a shot at writing a guide, bear with me. Probably doesn't need a guide, but I was bored so here it is. Some parts are still work in progress, but most of it is done

:platinum: Wheelman - Get every Trophy possible.

:bronze:Venga Venga! hidden - Complete the Mission - Frantic.
Story related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Frantic”

:bronze:Salute from Stavo hidden - Complete the Mission - Finding Family
Story related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Finding Family”

:bronze:Respect from Radu hidden - Complete the Mission - Letting Off Steam
Story related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Letting Off Steam”

:bronze:Praise from Paulo hidden - Complete the Mission - Stand and Deliver
Story related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Stand and Deliver”

:bronze:The Target Revealed hidden - Complete the Mission - Recover The Documents
Story related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Recover The Documents”

:bronze:The Best of the Best hidden - Complete the Mission - Defeat Felipe
Store related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Defeat Felipe”

:bronze:Stavo’s Swansong hidden - Defeat Stavo, the boss of the Chulos Canallas
After pitting all three gangs against eachother, you will get 3 different options. Finish off the Chulos, the Romanians or the Los Lantos gangs. Save your game BEFORE you select one of the three missions and turn your autosave off. Select one of the three missions and kill the boss. Once you have received the trophy, reload your save, and select one of the other two remaining bosses, rinse and repeat.

:silver:The Spanish Job hidden - Complete the Mission - Getting the Job Done
Store related, will be awarded after you complete the mission “Getting the Job Done”

:bronze:Leap of faith - Perform an Airjack Successfully
You will unlock the Airjack ability after you meet Miguel in the second mission. Simply drive up behind a car and press and hold circle. Once the icon above the intended target car turns green, release circle, and you’ll fly through the air into their car.

:bronze:Finish Him! - Perform a Finishing Move on an enemy vehicle
You should get this trophy after hunting down Felipe at the drugstore in the third mission. Hold R1 to lock onto a car and keep ramming it. Once the icon above the car starts to pulse, hit them one more time to finish them off.

:bronze:Riding on Rims - Shoot out the tyre of an enemy vehicle
You will unlock weapons after your first encounter with Sorin Teodor. Drive up towards the left side of another vehicle and hold down the L1 button when the reticule pops up around one of the tyres.

:bronze:Ready, Aim, Fire! - Kill an enemy vehicle using the Aimed Shot
Should easily get this trophy the very first time you unlock and use the Aimed Shot ability. Press up on the directional pad when you have enough focus and shoot at the car/s in front of you.

:bronze:Spin Spin Shooter - Kill an enemy vehicle using the Cyclone
Once again, should get this trophy the first time you unlock and use the Cyclone. Press down on the directional pad when you have enough focus and shoot at the car/s behind you.

:bronze: Speedy and Angry - Achieve ANY rank on ONE Street Showdown side mission
See “Barcelona Drift” There are a total of 15 different Street Showdown missions that you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: Barcelona Drift – Achieve ANY rank on ALL Street Showdown side missions
Street Showdowns unlock after you meet Adrian for the first time. They will appear as orange dots on your map. Use boost to get ahead of your opponents, then use cyclone to take them out when you have the chance . Don’t be afraid to switch cars if you feel the one your in is too slow. Motorcycles work extremely well for these races. For every race you finish in at least 2nd place, you will unlock the next race and upgrade the performance of your vehicle.

:bronze: Taxi - Achieve ANY rank on ONE Taxi side mission
See “The Knowledge” there are a total of 15 different taxi missions that you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: The Knowledge - Achieve ANY rank on ALL Taxi side missions
Taxi side-missions start appearing early in the game. They will show up as yellow icons on your map. Simply deliver the person to the target within the time limit.. Plan your route using your PDA as soon as the mission starts and get there ASAP. Score an A ranking or better to unlock another taxi mission and use of the free taxi service.

:bronze: Making a Mess - Bronze
Achieve ANY rank on ONE Rampage side mission
See “Anti Social Behaviour” There are a total of 15 different Rampage missions you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: Anti Social Behaviour Order - Achieve ANY rank on ALL Rampage side missions
Rampage side missions will unlock after you and Felipe take down the drug dealers. They will show up as red dots on your map. Cause as much damage as you can to earn this trophy. Use a moderately heavy car and try to get your bonus multiplier up to 8x as quick as possible. Shoot cars with cyclone or aimed shot to cause more chaos. Bus stops and telephone booths will net you the most damage. There is usually a set path you need to take to get the best ranking. Try to find that set path, and stick to it. If you find yourself on a road with no bus stops or telephone booths, chances are that is the wrong way to go. Getting an A rank or better will upgrade your cars attack strength and unlock another Rampage mission.

:bronze: Road Warrior – Achieve ANY rank on ONE Contracts side mission
See “Road Rash” There are a total of 15 different Contract missions you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: Road Rash - Achieve ANY rank on ALL Contracts side missions
Contract missions will unlock after you complete your first mission for Che Taraval. They will appear as pink icons on your map. You will need to destroy the target car within the time limit without using bullets. Use a large vehicle, and ram them against the wall. The more you upgrade your cars attack strength, the easier this will be. Another little tip, on some of the missions, the target car will be a convertible. In those rare occasions, you can actually used aimed shot and kill the driver without damaging the car. This will still count as destroying the car. Getting an A rank or better will increase your focus gauge and unlock another Contract mission.

:bronze: Delivery Boy - Achieve ANY rank on ONE Hot Potato side mission
See “Man In Brown” There are a total of 15 different Hot Potato missions you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: Man In Brown - Achieve ANY rank on ALL Hot Potato side missions
Hot Potato missions unlock after you complete your first mission for Sorin Teodor. They will appear as blue dots on your map. The objective is to get a fast car, go pick up the package, and return it to where you started before time runs out. There are 4 different packages, and you will get a time bonus for each one you pick up and deliver. This one is mostly trial and error if your looking for a high ranking. Learn the path you need to take and try not to hit anything. Getting an A ranking or better will unlock weapon caches and another Hot potato mission.

:bronze: Made to Order - Achieve ANY rank on ONE Made to Order side mission
See “Gone In 59 Seconds” There are a total of 15 different Made to Order missions you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: Gone In 59 Seconds - Achieve ANY rank on ALL Made to Order side missions
You will first unlock Made to Order missions after completing your first set of car-jacking for Miguel. They will appear as teal icons on your map. Probably the best vehicle to use for these is one of the speed bikes. Wheelie off the start to get more focus for a quicker boost. Get behind the target car and use your airjack. Bring the car back to the garage with no damage to receive a higher rank. Getting an A rank or better will unlock more garages and another Made to Order mission.

:bronze: Run, Milo, Run - Achieve ANY rank on ONE Fugitive side missions
See “Can’t Catch Me!” There are a total of 15 different Fugitive missions you will unlock throughout the game.

:silver: Can't Catch Me! - Achieve ANY rank on ALL Fugitive side missions
You will unlock Fugitive missions pretty early in the game. They will appear as purple icons on your map. The goal is to survive the drive to the safehouse within the time limit. Change cars whenever you need to and don’t worry about trying to take out all of the guys chasing you. Use your boost focus meter whenever you get the chance and you should make it there in no time. Getting an A rank or better will increase your vehicles overall health and unlock another Fugitive mission.

:silver: Diesel Powered! - Complete ALL side missions with an "A" rank or better

:gold: I Live For this Stuff! - Complete ALL side missions with an "S" rank
For every completed side mission, you are awarded a rank based on your performance. You need to complete all 105 missions with a perfect “S” ranking. Each side mission will show you what exactly needs to be done to receive a perfect ranking.

:bronze: Jump in My Car - Perform a cinematic stunt jump
See "White Men Can Jump"

:silver: Dukes of Barcelona - Perform TWENTY FIVE cinematic stunt jumps

:gold: White Men Can Jump - Perform ALL FIFTY cinematic stunt jumps

:bronze: Art Critic - Destroy ONE cat statue
See "Wreaking Havok!"

:silver: Cat Hater - Destroy FIFTY cat statues
See "Wreaking Havok!"

:gold: Wreaking Havok! - Destroy ONE HUNDRED cat statues
There are 100 cat statues scattered throughout Barcelona. Some of them are in high up places and can only be destroyed by gunfire. Refer to the map below for locations on all of the statues.

:bronze: Radu’s Requiem hidden - Defeat Radu, the boss of the Romanians
See “Stavo’s Swansong”

:bronze: Paulo’s Peace hidden - Defeat Paulo, the boss of the Los Lantos

:bronze: Is It A Bird? - Use the Airjack FIFTY times
See “Leap of Faith” Don’t really need to go out of your way to get this one. Play the game enough and you should get this about half way though the story mode.

:bronze: Sharpshooter - Destroy three vehicles during a single Cyclone or Aimed Shot move
This one can be a bit tricky as its non-specific to which type of vehicles. Normal citizen cars on the road WILL NOT WORK. To make this really easy, here is what you do. First, complete all 15 Contract missions with an “A” ranking or better to upgrade your focus meter. Then, get in a police chase, and fully fill up your focus meter. Once you are sure you have 3 cops directly behind you, press down on the d-pad, hit the 3 cars in their weak spots, and watch the parts fly.

:bronze: Mission Improbable - Complete a Fugitive side mission on a motorcycle
For this one, you have to start on a motorcycle, and finish with the same motorcycle. If your bike becomes too damaged and you try to air-jack another one, you WILL NOT get this trophy. Its best to first finish all Fugitive missions with an “A” ranking so your motorcycles health will be at maximum. Also try to do this on the “Escape From Drassanes” mission. Its almost a straight shot to the safehouse and the trip takes about 50 seconds.

:bronze: Mission from God - Survive a five star police response for 5 minutes
Before you try to get the 5 stars, hijack a semi-tuck and park it in the middle of the road. Get out, pull out your pistol, and start aiming and shooting at people. Once the cops arrive, shoot and try to kill them. After you do enough damage to one of the officers, you should get 5 starts pretty quickly. As soon as you get that 5 star level, hop in the semi and drive away. Semi-trucks are nearly indestructible, and can dish out alot of damage with vehicle melee. Just drive and bash the cops around for 5 minutes and you should nail this trophy easily.

:bronze: Accidental Tourist - Visit every district in Barcelona
Barcelona is divided up into 29 separate districts. All you need to do is visit all 29. Play through the game enough and you should unlock this trophy rather quickly.

:silver: A Real Wheelman hidden - Complete the Mission - Get Gallo
Story related, awarded after you successfully complete the game.

Nice guide. Map was very useful in tracking down the last few jumps I needed.
All I need now to platinum this game is the cat statues (which look like lions to me...). Without a map it's going to be pure luck if I find them at all. Especially when some are up high and need shooting. :(
