Ive finished the game several times since getting the 2.4 update but still i have no trophies anyone know why?

did you also download the patch for SSHD?
It's been temporarily taken offline now but you needed to download that to unlock the trophy support.
not sure all i downloaded was the full game plus the expansion pack should there be an extra patch aswel, also i heard pain had trophies is that correct?

no pain doesn't currently have trophies, the site will be updated when it does.
There was probably a patch, it was removed about 2 days ago, so if you hadn't downloaded it on the day the firmware was released then chances are you'll need to wait until the patch is reinstated.
it seems that my profile has disappeared from this site im no longer listed on the leaderboard where have i gone?

Saw a vid on you tube of someone doing the Late Bomber in just over a minute, which gave me the urge to give it another go, but alas I still can't do it.
Going to take a few days off work next week as determined to get my last three trophies so I can be up there on the leaderboard with the rest of you guys. tee hee

Yeah the videos on Youtube make it look so easy. Pisses me right off how good some people are at games. I still haven't managed to get more than 13 bombs.

If you were to record yourself getting 15 bombs and you looked back over it, you'd think it looked really easy. Of course it is, because you didn't die, you just see this ship weaving impossibly through rocks and getting 15 bombs.
What they don't show you on the videos on youtube is the countless attempts that they must have made in order to have filmed the time they made it.

I followed that exactly, apart from getting the third ship killedby mines, I had to survive for the 4th ship. But from the start, going left then up, then weaving back in, thats how I got mine, so do with it as you will.

what gets me though.. they must waste a load of space when recording it, because of the amount of failed attempts...

True, but using a re-writable disc it doesn't matter, you just edit out the bit you want and wipe the whole thing.
I'm assuming he recorded it using a recordable dvd player through the feed from his tv, that is.

yer i know how you feel, but trust me its complete luck: i would spend hours trying to get it and then finally i come back to try again after a few days rest and i get it. Dont give up, just keep trying! it took me in excess of at least 150 times...
Give me a shout if you need any help anyone?
